I'm doing a project for a buddy - putting an LS1 or 5.3 into a '98 XJ8 Jaguar. Obviously if we find an LS1 for cheap enough we'll go that route, but it seems the premium between a $600 LM7 or L33 (5.3) and most LS1 pullouts is around a grand. So it seems that we'll probably need the accessories and intake. And the oil pan needs to be from a GTO.
