Looking for a 4-bolt LT1 or LT4 block

Looking for a 4 bolt block for my LT1 build near SE Pennsylvania. There was one listed on eBay for $150 but was waaaaayyyy to far away so I guess that's what I'm offering.

Would like it to be a virgin block because I plan on boring out to 4.030.

I have a forged, 4-bolt, 383 short-block with zero miles ready for shipping/installation.

I already have a forged 350 crank that I plan on using, sorry.

Offering $200 for a straight 4 bolt Vette block near Philadelphia. Would rather not pay for shipping.
