does anyone in the chander, mesa, tempe area have a hypertech prgrammer for a 95 LT1...all I want to use it for is to program the fans for a 160* thermo.....If you have it for a single use lol pm me thanks in advance

 

With the Hypertech Power Programmer it will only work on one car at a time so you will not be able to borrow someone elses programmer to upgrade your car then give it back to them. You will need to get your own or have someone reprogram your PCM in another way.

 

I think he's right. In theory, you could take a cleared HPPIII and load your cars data including VIN, then flash in the few setting changes you want. BUT - in order to "give it back" you'd have to return your tune to stock and clear your VIN. Can't just leave the tune and give it back.
