I believe thats what it's called. It's that plastic piece that the bumper cover attaches too that goes around the hood latch assembly. On the 93-97 noses the head lights acttually bolted to it as well but on the newer ones it stands alone. Anyone got one they need to get rid of. Got money in hand just gota find the part.
