I hate to do this, but I am getting out of LT1s soon, and my Grand National needs a bigger turbo...

For sale is my Vortech V-1 S trim supercharger. This is not an intercooled kit. I have the FMU and inline T-rex fuel pump that were not pictured, but will be included. I personally did not use those two items, since I went with a bigger in tank pump and large injectors.

The supercharger system has been converted to where the MAF is relocated after the supercharger discharge, on the pressure side. I didn't change my computer tune when I did this, and it ran the same. Main reason for doing this is to get away from the bypass valve that comes with the kit. This vents hot air back into the inlet tube, which sounds like a bad idea to me. I will include the old bypass valve with the kit, but I was using a GReddy RS BOV.

The stock pulleys will give you about 6psi manifold pressure. Doesn't sound like much, but this thing would scream on 6psi. The head unit is capable of a lot more...just swap pulleys and keep adding fuel and this supercharger will take you a long way. The kit has low miles on it, less than 10k. I never had any problems with the system, no oil consumption, no shaft play, nothing but a wonderful time. This is a very loud blower. Sounds like a bunch of screaming chickens are under your hood. Car people will come talk to you, old people will think your car is falling apart Mustangs will look at your taillights.

If this doesn't sell sometime soon I will just eBay it. I am asking $2000 obo for the whole thing, which is an awesome deal considering it costs $4k new, and this will come with the GReddy BOV.

A couple things that potential buyers should know:

The elbow that comes with this kit is a Trick Flow intake elbow with a hole drilled into it for a NOS nozzle. This hole will need to be plugged before you use the system.

The BOV has a broken off bolt in the top. All it would need is about 10 minutes worth of work getting the old bolt drilled out, and a doller or two for a new hex screw available at any bolt store. It sealed with the broken bolt, I am just too lazy to drill it out.

Also, the BOV will need a silicone hose and clamp to get it onto the discharge tube. Not a big deal really....Please mail me if you have any questions or need additional pictures.

never got to run it with the supercharger, our track shut down before I got it together

I am gonna keep the prostars for future use and put the stock WS6 wheels on it when I sell it.
