Scammed: letmeburnu

Just as a heads up, got screwed on 400 bucks for some headers from letmeburnu. Didnt think it was anything to be worried about considering he was prompt with reponses and took more than enough pictures upon request. His email is quicklt1@hushmail.com.

Paid thru paypal, what are the chances of getting my money back? I filed a claim but understand that the money is not guaranteed or anything. Anyone not get their money back after being screwed?

We should have a trader rating option like they do over at 3si.org. Very nice feature.

Bastard.

Not a flame or anything, but i hope this is a joke because with a name like LETMEBURNU, he told you WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.
on a serious note...i really hope you get your money back. $400 is alot of money especailly this close to christmas. i'm not sure about paypal. i have filed a claim with them in the past but it was resolved before they had to take action. so who knows if they really would have or not.

For $400, I'd grab a plane ticket and find this guy...

the guys name is Barry Haynes....if only I knew where he lived. Anyway, just found out that paypal charges 2.90 for transaction reversals. Not bad to get 400 bucks back but still, 2.90 wtf? I would think 3 would be acceptable but whatever, gotta make money right?

no, being that we all know something about cars, I think it would be safe to assume he was talking about racing, not screwing me out of 400 dollars. If he didnt screw me over, I doubt you would have questioned it. no joke!
