Peripheral iSimple iPod/iPhone Adapter for stock stereo 1997 ~ 2002

This is a 100% plug and play unit for the 1997 ~ 2002 F-Body.

Simply remove the black plug for the CD changer from your factory radio. Plug the CD Changer plug that was removed into the white connector on the harness. Plug the black connector on the harness into your radio where you removed the CD changer plug.

Asking $60 Shipped

If you have any questions or concerns, I will check this thread as well as kriszilla@hotmail.com.

Does installing this unit prevent the CD from working?

To the best of my knowledge, it replaces only the CD changer.

Yes. The 1997 ~ 2002 F-Bodies stereo harness is wired for a CD changer regardless of whether a factory CD changer was installed or not.

Please expand on this reply. I don't quite understand what you mean. What I want to know is, does the CD changer still function normally with the iPod adapter connected?

Thanks,

I have a 97 Z28, with CD PLAYER. Not an extra 6 or 10 disc CHANGER. Is this what we're talking about? I have buttoms for AM/FM/CD/AUX.
Would this work for this, and I can still use the CD player?

I don't know. I would assume not.
