Yes this is the K&N FIPK for our cars, yes is comes with the filter. However its missing the little rubber plug on the back but you can pick one up at a hardware store for 10 cents.

I'll take some pictures today, however they will have to be with my cell phone...

No, the throttle body does not come with any sensors, bare only.
