CamaroZ28.Com Message Board - LT1 24x Conversion Parts

Hello,

I'm going in a different direction with my car and will need to run a double roller chain so buying a new kit from EFI connection. Car ran perfectly with the 24x conversion.

Here is what I am selling. Prefer to do this as a package on a single sale so I have discounted this all substantially. Price is $500 + Shipping.

96-97 OEM Timing Cover: Water pump drive hole has been filled so this is set up for an electric water pump. Inner lip on the bottom of the cover has been filed off so it wont tear the oil pan gasket upon removal. I never had an issue with leaks but need to make sure you use RTV on assembly. Needs to have the RTV and gasket scraped off. Outside of cover has been painted silver and looks great.

Crank Position Sensor: Currently installed in the cover

24x Crank Reluctor: 100% Perfect Condition

1x Cam Reluctor: Made a little contact with the cam position sensor housing on start up back when I installed all this. That said, worked perfectly for 5k miles. Saw this when I disassembled everything.

Cam Position Sensor and housing: Cam reluctor made a mark on the inside of the housing. Very minor, and worked perfectly.

Cloyes 3157 Single Roller Chain: Very high quality chain and sprockets and looks like new. I would use this on my new build without hesitation but Im going double roller. Includes Cam sprocket bolts as well.

Please understand that I need to stick with the price. The parts from EFI connection alone are $540. Add in the very hard to get timing cover which is usually on Ebay for $200+ and a very good timing chain which sells on Summit for $110.

I am also selling my Holley 52mm throttle body (No gaskets). $200 + shipping. Its in perfect condition. If you buy the parts above + the throttle body, I will pay the shipping for everything.
