Windows 98 and operates off true serial port not a usb to serial adaptor. Never had a problem with flashes. Large deluxe soft case holds cable and all.

Was wondering what I would need to make this work with a 95 obd2 plug car. I guess I would need to buy a new cable or could I make that one work? Why are you selling?

You would only have to buy the end piece for the different connector. If you had a Hypertech Power Programmer that cable will connect to my cable...already did that to log my buddy's 95 t/a.

I'm interested, but have a question. Isn't the tunercat only good for one vehicle making it useless for anyone that bus it from you.
Nope....it's lt1 edit that's good for one pcm.
