FS:Hooker Super Comp long tube headers

I have for sale a brand new set of hooker supercomp long tube headers for a 93-97 lt1. These headers are non emissions headers and come with all the necessary hardware they are also still in plastic. Are they slip fit collectors or bolt-on collectors? Are ceramic coated also correct?
