It has been over a month that he has my money ($85), for some 1.6 roller tipped rockers, and I have nothing in return.

All that he has given me is excuses. Stay away from his sales. He told me they were shipped, but I never received them. He said that he sent them to the wrong address... that he was sending them again...

At this point, I have asked him to return my money, but I don't have the money or rockers.

If he decides to fix this situation, I will provide an update. I'm surprised that a long time member would do something like this.

Looks like I might have to take legal action.

I alomst purchased those same rocker arms but due to getitng lack of communication I just abandoned the sale. Id ask 3 or 4 questions in a PM to make sure I knew what I was getting, and would get a 1 sentence reply. I thought it was a bit shady and just let the trasnaction go.

I've done a lot of buying through individuals on the internet, and this is my first bad experience. He did reply to my PM's fairly promptly before the sale, but after he received the $$$, the communication pretty much stopped.

I dealt with him before, and I bought that Camaro listed in my sig from him....He's an upstanding guy who has switched homes and he might not have gotten messages. He usually gives short replies in his PMs, that doesn't make him a scammer.....

And I wouldn't ask any "friends" to go visit him at his home and make a scene if I was any of you......your e-***** might shrink up REAL quick!

Yes, I'm not promoting any kind of violence what-so-ever, and never would, but if someone wants to go talk with him, that's cool by me. I need to get back in contact with him. So far he's been crappy to deal with after he got my money, so something needs to get resolved.

Since you know him, could you tell him to check his PM's and get my parts to me or send my money back. It's been so long that it's rediculous.
