Complete Drivetrain! 500+ Horse!!
Complete Drivetrain! 500+ Horse!!
I am selling the complete drivetrain out of my 94 LT1. 3000 miles since rebuild. You will get the complete engine, wiring, 6 spd, fuel pump, etc. Everything needed to drop into any car. No dyno or track times, but mph at about 118 in a 1/4 with full weight car and my 200lbs. Only thing stock in the engine is crank, rods, pistons. Crank std, std, shot peened stock rods, stock bore and pistons. Everything else is new. Clevite bearings, new rings, arp main, rod, and head bolts. High pressure oil pump. Block was fully prepped, line bored, honed, machined, decked. Comp 306 cam, Comp R lifters - new style, Comp pushrods, 1.6 RR, Comp Springs good to 0.650 lift, undercut ferrera exhaust valves, 5 angle valve job, Kings Stage 3 race ported heads and intake, 58mm TB, Hooker Long Tubes, True Duals, Bullet mufflers, tall polished valve covers, relocated alternator, OVC 8mm plug wires, new Opti, new water pump, pcmforeless tuning, 160 stat, 1Le elbow, granatelli MAF, Brand new clutch, Im sure I forgot something. Car is extremely quick and fun. I drove it everyday, a real head turner. Have tons of pics http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/kingsr...arts/my_photos will post video of it idling. Only reason I am selling is my GN is going to be my daily driver and I am going to gut the camaro for a strip only car. Drivetrain is amazing and would rather build something else to beat on at the strip. Everything was completely detailed and is immaculate, just check out the pics. $7000 takes everything to run 11 naturally aspirated in a heavy car!

Re: Complete Drivetrain! 500+ Horse!!
Heads have only been slightly milled, not enough to make much of a difference in compression. I wish I had dyno located nearby, or at least a track to get a better representation of HP. I live in the middle of no where and we have a long straight road right by my house. In a quarter of mile, on the three runs that I made I got ~118 everytime. An ET would be out of the question since traction was fun
!! I know its cheezy, but using a horsepower calculator with a light weight of 3700 with me in the car and a low mph of 115, it still gives a rough estimate of of over 500 FWHP. So I would put pretty good money that I am making that much, plus I have my GN to compare it against about 600 FWHP
. Yes the power is through a stock bottom end. I have built numerous SBC with absolutely no problems whatsoever. This was my first LT1 and the same reliable chevy power!! I have never, knock on wood, hurt the bottom of a well put together NA chevy small block! 327 to 8000, 350 to 7500, my LT1 before I rebuilt it was revved to 7000 easy and when it was disassembled my machinist said that it didnt even need to be rebuilt! After all new bearings, ARP rod bolts, I have complete faith in this thing and would keep it, if I didnt want to go to a 1000+ RWHP Turbo Strip Car!! Thanks for looking and let me know if I can send any pics or more info!!
