i believe it would, you might have to either remove/change/shorten the dowel pin. i know people use stock lt1 cams as a cheap upgrade for tbi and tpi engines so im pretty sure it can be done.

You're correct about the dowel pin. However, I'm looking for an SBC cam with the LSx firing order suitable for a street-driven car with emphasis on 1500-6500 RPM range... a needle in a haystack, I know.
