Hi,I'm looking for one of these units,however,,I've seen a couple of rather negative reviews about this unit,,one party stated that he couldn't tell any difference in shift firmness????this is one of main reasons I wanted this unit,,,I'm now a little cautious,,,can you reassure me otherwise ???? 937-726-7474
