ive seen a 2002 go for less and it only had 12000 miles on it dude, id be shooting for something more realistic like 18

 

My folks just bought themselves a 2000 SS 6 speed, loaded, with 8900 miles on it for less than 20,000$

The only bad thing is you never get back what you have put in it mod wise, which is why I decided to keep mine rather than just give it away. Good luck though.
