I don't have the kit in front of me at the moment, but from the top of my head, install kit comes with the crush sleeve, shims, lube and a few other things that I can't seem to be remember...

i know motive makes 4.11 gears as well, with a 9/37 combo (supposedly stronger)
that's why i asked since most people don't know the difference
