who do i trust for rear end work?

Im not sure whats wrong with my cars rear...

The back right tire feels like its flat and wobbly..i can still drive it. and but i get a consistant banging and rattle. I put my hand in between the back seats and i can feel the middle part always jumping up n down and smashing into the body...

anyone have any idea whats wrong?

who do i trust to work on it and wont overdo whats necessary and/or charge too much..

thanks for any input
