Shaun's place tomorrow

Hey Shaun, what time are you going to be up and at 'em tomorrow?

I'm thinking around 10ish perhaps? If thats not too early for you?

also, whos going to be showing up? I know cory said he would, and perhaps Jimbo? Matt, any chance you are able to lend a hand or 2?

I wanna install new plugs/wires/coil and ideally my LS1 brakes...

Once I arrive, no doubt my car will be entirely too hot to start on the plugs/wires, but the brakes should be ok to go on.

Anyone have any tips on some uncommon tools/items we might need?

I'm going to have a bunch of tie wraps for wires, brake cleaner, wd-40 for ceased bolts and such, but can't really think of anything else... Of course aside from normal hand tools.

Oh, I've heard you need to punch out some rivits on the coil bracket, how hard is it, or what do you use even?

Thanks guys!! I'm looking forward to getting these things done and seeing if it wakes up the car a little... And also getting under there to check out the driveshaft/u-joints/tranny mount as i hear some clunking noises on take off

I have done the LS1 brakes a couple of times Jeff.

10.00 is fine. Garage is a mess though so may have the back of the car on the driveway.

Good Luck

Looks like I am going to have to finish a job saturday morning. I hope to be finished by 11-12 so hopefully I will still be of some use.

Cory, no worries dude, and LS1 Bc, i'm not sure how different the LT1 plugs are vs. the LS1's, but I've done plugs and wires once on car and it wasn't much fun!! hehe

Shaun, wonderful!! I didn't know you had done the upgrade... Did you re-use your stock LT1 brake lines? As thats what I'm hoping to do!

And thanks again!!
