I can get around 350KM (218 Miles) per full tank of gas only.. average... even when I shift before 3000RPM... and I am supposed to be getting 500KM which is around 315Miles
What could be wrong with my car?? I have a 3.4L V6

checked your tire pressure lately?

 

i just got new rims/tires so that isnt the problem... i have been getting this kind of mileage for about 8 months or so now..

 

I would try checking:

1. Your right foot
2. Fuel filter
3. Tire pressure (changes as weather gets colder so check it often)
4. plugs and wires
5. Air filter
6. O2 sensor


One of these should fix your problem. It's pretty good to keep up on this stuff anyways.
