OFFICIAL - Who's coming to the meet Nov.23?
Oh, I guess your in charge of this event
.....anyway I might as well add in a few words....On Sunday February 23rd...we are going to have the first BCTFB meet and possible cruise beginning at the Avalon Brewing Company on the North Shore...which is located at 1035 Marine Drive. It is at Marine and Mckay...you'll see an Indigo books at that corner and it is 1 block west of Capilano Mall. The meet will begin in the rear parking lot of the Avalon at 11:30 am..for a half an hour I will greet everyone who arrives one time...at noon we will head into the restaurant to a full buffet which will cost 15.00 per person (tax and grat included)..once everyone has finished eating we will have an open table discussion on the club..during that time everyone will have the time to input their thoughts and ideas for the upcomming season...for those of you who would like to be a part of the club you must bring in 40.00 for a membership fee...also Johnny will have details on what is included with your fee....once the meeting is over which I hope to be at 2pm we will have a cruise through downtown..UBC...to White Rock then for dinner...bring your camera's and shade's because according to the forecast we're gonna have nice weather..so if you have any question please feel free to PM me anytime....

I'll be there. Everyone who's going to be there, you need to post on this thread ASAP. I need to make photocopies of the agenda beforehand so everyone has one. Also, we will be accepting the membership fees for those interested at this time BUT you don't need to pay on Sunday as we will be discussing what the fee is for, how it breaks down, etc. EVERYONE is welcome to attend, whether joining the club or not.
Also, if anyone has anything specific they think should be addressed at the meeting, please email me or Johnny and we'll throw it on the agenda.
