My rear end went crap, so today I'm riding on 2.73's :( read!

First, Big Thanx to Cory & Mike P!

So anyways, after racing a C5 I felt my car had a nasty nasty vibe, my brain said its rear end cuz it just did or motor, or combination of both, or torque arm

Anyways, After Payam pissed me off "There is nothing wrong with your car" I felt like punching him in the face, ohh wait different story, anyways. The vibe was pretty nasty, I got pissed off, went to Mike's house (SLEEPER) & we jacked the car up, the rear end was making a funny noise everytime you played with the backlash by turning the tire or joint back & forth, Cory having more experience with driveline stuff told me it doesn't seem right, I didn't think so either.

Anyways, I had a spare 2.73 complete Rear end laying around so me, Mike, & Cory got some crappy tire semi-sythetic fluid & put it into the 2.73 rear end, who cares we put that on, this is quite funny, all my mods, my big cam & 2.73's, man does it feel weird But one thing for sure, I still have a vibe but its a different one cuz its not like it was, but after I get to a sertain speed to vibes a bit but nothing too serious, it is a stock shifter, so I'm really happy, my car felt like it was gonna fall apart while I was crusing, the 2.73's feel great on the HWY, I mean really great , city, well lets just say its not the same for the worse but she still pulls pretty hard so I'm ok, I can still spin the tires in 2nd gear with 2.73's

No all thats left it make sure I program the pcm for 2.73's & gonna try to remove/add some timing to see how the car will respond, I know I should take off some timing on the bottom since its a 2.73 rear end which will put more load on the car, but whatever, I'm going off into nowhere now cuz I'm tired & sleepy & too much strong Tea

Feels good when your car doesn't feel like its gonna shear itself into a million pieces, OMG it felt bad, thats weird how I could damage my rear end with street tires, when Cory was spining the rear joint around sometimes it would get stuck, so I could see how that can cause a prety bad vibe, but man 2.73's & my setup, feels really weird. Now I need to build up my old rear end, change everything out though.

Ps. I have no ABS since the rear end is for a 4 Channel ABS

Thats ok, all I can say, on the highway in 5th gear you can cruise all day, RPM's are low enough & car has no trouble, its awesome, than 6th gear, all I can say is I think if I can remember correctly around 160kms/h I was getting 1700rpm

Ok Ryan, I'll do all the work on your car you need for your 12 bolt problem right now is I can't afford to have a 12 bolt & prolly won't for a while, I'm going back to school in about 1 month, I wanna get my car running right within that time, only problem is, school ate all my money & I don't even have enough to pay for next semester but I need to fix my car, this is what really drives me insane, & its not like I can find a job for 1 month & if I could, by the time I find it it'll be more like for 2 weeks work so I'm screwed

Thanx man but yeah I did he backed off right after though wasn't much of a race I've raced several C5's before, I've never been beat yet, to me some of them seem slower than F-bodies ??? weird.
