Does anyone have Brett Slade's phone number? he is Andy's tow truck driver hookup. I want to get ahold of him to make sure he hasnt towed it somwhere. I already called Levett (where I was going to have it towed to repair the fire damage) but they havent seen it.

A couple more things guys - I just put a new motor in and there was a serious oil leak. IF this car is being driven, it will be trailing lots of blue smoke from the oil burning off the exhaust.

ALso there was an engine fire the other day, and the plug wires were burned. this car will be running VERY poorly if it is being driven - so if you see a black v8 firebird trailing smoke and sounding like ****, call me at 970-9887

on a second thought,

there are way too many conincidences in this story..

either you are really good at planning the ultimate prank on ICBC by imposing all this

1) your car engine swap goes bad, and it doesnt work out
2) engine fire
3) you offer to 'part out the car' but then decide to keep it
4) it misteriously gets stolen

5) it is found and tottaly vandalized..

ICBC pays you a nice fee and you just get a new v8 car.. nicely done...

OR

you really really really have bad luck

Leaving work in Richmond today, I'll have my eyes peeled out. I'd rip him out of the car and hurt him bad. Sorry about your luck

do you have any pics of it?

Do you think I would leave a trail like this if I was planning a fraudulent insurance claim job?

I will let the other board members who actually know me shoot you down for this... I have to go for my ICBC appointment now and I don't have the time.
