hmmm thinking.. thinking...

Ok well I have been putting alot of thinking into this... and i think im going to just stop all work on my current motor, sell it... and pick me up a 454.

what ya'll think?

i know its an awesome mod for the 2nd gens and quite easly to a point...

so ya... thats what im thinking of.

sounds good...just pick up a T350 and a decent rear-end while you're at it :P....that 454 will be packing some torque with any luck

The real question is why not? You gotta replace your tranny/rear end anyhow. May as well do it once and put some good units in there that will take a BB. Make sure you know the cost factor of BB though. They are literally twice the price, which is why so many people run sb. But, having said that you will have enough power to scare your friends with .

lol ya... i dunno what would be best for a bbc though... i do love the manual though... would be sweet to have a manual that can handle the power of a mild modded 454
