headers question

headers question

so this upcoming weekend im doing my headers weather permitting of course...just wonder about all the parts i'll need is there a special gasket or can you just use a generic fel-pro from lordco? just wondering gonna be doing it at rickerbucks so i want it to go as quick and painless and right as possible, thanks for the info guys

well you picked the weekend that i'll be out of town for .. gonna be in vernon for 2 weeks on business .. felpro gaskets are the best .. get some header bolts too .. 3/8" ones are better and easier to work with .. unless u get those allen key ones .. those are the best.

Make sure you get the collector flange gaskets too. Im going to have to re-do mine because I think that is where mine are leaking. But Ive heard the SLP supplied ones arent that great. If you need an extra hand call me and let me know.
