ok im thinking of buying a bulk box of dynamat... includes 9 pcs of 3.9x sq ft of dynamat, and i wanted to know if anyone will split this with me?? it will work out to ~30 bucks a peice....

What is the purpose of this stuff? Benefits?

 

its a sound deadoner, it stops rattles, reduces road noise, mostly its for car stereo sq, but it adds weight (30lbs/100sqft)...you would use it on door panels/rear hatch/etc... lotsa pics someone juss did their whole camaro if u check the stereo section

 

I wonder if it could be used for the purpose of keeping the sound of a cutout on the outside of the car?
I hear guys complain about the resonance inside the cab all the time.......
Mabye it could deaden the sound of a noisy rear end?
