i would give my left nut for an RS/SS or RS/Z28 ...

once i get a nice job.. make some nice money ... i WILL build a 1st gen camaro

i will learn from rybar and make sure to NOT have any sort of female-commitments though till my 1st gen camaro is done
Good one Payam, BTW I decided to keep the '69. But I am ditching the LT1/T56 idea. And will be putting in a carbed small block and 4 spd. But will still sit low with 17's. The car will be a RS/Z28 replica. But it's a real RS. Don't worry, the wife supports MY decisions. The car will just get built SLOWLY as time and money allows.

That '69 in Fast and the Furious looks like a '69 Yenko 427 Camaro. (you can tell by the decals) Those cars were SUPER RARE, only about 200 built with 500 HP Big Block 427's. I highly doubt they would use a real one for the movie, that car is probably worth $200K + US if it was real.

You're right in that they would use a replica Yenko Camaro for the shoot.......although the real Yenko's are worth considerably less than $200K........

Sorry, I was thinking of the ZL1 Camaro. Reggie Jackson just tried to sell 1 of his 3 ZL1's in the Barrett Jackson auction on TV, it never met his reserve at $290 US.

I think show condition Yenko's can fetch $100K US. I am pretty sure a show quality '69 427 COPO Camaro can fetch $100K CANADIAN. But I may be wrong. And the Yenko's are rarer than the COPO's.

But the ZL1, there were only 16 made. And Reggie Jackson owns 3 of them!!! They came stock with 600 hp All Aluminum 427 Big Blocks. Sweet a$$ car.
