Bunker - Opti for sale?

Hey dude, I seen your post in the for sale section about a Brand new opti for sale...

You wanted 225 US shipped?

Would you take 275ish Canadian picked up? No doubt it'll be saving you some shipping costs!! And no hassle about if you'll get your money or get ripped off, etc...

I've a sinking feeling mine is going to die any day now

if you havn't sold it already...

Thanks man,

Jeff

Hey dude, how come you have this anyways? And where did you get it from?

Does it have the warrenty that comes with them from the dealership, and do you have the receit?

but if I want it (which I do, I just have to beg the gf to let me pay her back, hehehe) it'll happen in the next few days!!

And whats the deal there, you said 215 US So based on the current exchange rate, thats only like 320...

My financial advisor has just said she'll give me 320... But thats it, and only if it has the reciet incase it goes belly up... (she's a hard person to bargin with, hehehe)

Thx dude!!

Jeff

Without a receit, I doubt I'll buy it...

I don't think it'll have any sort of warrenty then would it?
I've seen too many opti's go bad to buy something without a warrrenty...

Its just luck of the draw, perhaps its a faulty unit, and then i'm screwed... I hope you can get the receit! Or perhaps the box has some sort of shipping info on it and I could call the dealership to confirm warrenty?

So if you can find that out, you have yourself a deal!

Thx man

Jeff

Buy a cap and rotor from lordco for around 180 bucks. I repaired my opti like that a year and a half ago and no problems.

zedzag: his problems arent from teh cap and rotor, he's throwing codes and cars not starting

jeff: ur problems could very well be form the harness and NOT the opti.. try another 95 harness on and see if the codes go away .. their almost just as expensive .. try to find someone with a 95 opti and try their harness before buying a new opti

ps. i have a 95 opti, but i am not going to take my harness out.. bunker knows why, last time i let someone try out my harness my own car wouldnt start up after .. i have NO IDEA WHY .. its posessed .. i swear to god it is .. i ended up having to take the opti out and put it right back in .. but for the life of me it wouldnt wanna start

anyway .. good luck

I thought he just needed a new opti because his old one was missfiring. Stupid codes. An hei distributer is so much more reliable and easier to work on.

no probs I'll ask for it, the opti is new & I've baught the one I'm using the same way.

PS. Warranty won't cover the opti if it goes bad, just so you know, Sideways will tell you how opti warranty is all about

Any word on the receit from the dude you got this opti from Bunker?

Also, does this come with the harness? Or just the opti itself?

Thx,

Jeff
