...just go here and type in at the special instruction area what you want (MAC diff cover) and say it was from the camaroZ28.com GP from the North West Region...

sleeper: i could probably use one but i don't have the $$$$ for it, trying to save up so i can buy insurance for a year rather than monthly and im saving up for a lid and the fast toys ram air, or an FIPK. not sure which one would be better

...Muff, I'll sell ya my SLP lid, cold air kit and K&N....I want to go with a custom air intake, much like an LT1, where it comes right down to the bottom of the car. But I want it to come down both sides of the car (left and right), I've got a friend that can fabricate something for me then I'll just put a K&N cone on the end (duel cones)...but the FIPK is a touchy subject...some say the FIPK is good for ram from the T/A....Twitch has one and loves it...but for us there is heat soak..unless you remove the windshield washer bottle so you can get gobs of fresh air but even then standing still your gonna soak alot of heat..as for the MAC cover, preventive maintance....

how much for the lid and cai? is the cai even worth it with my car being an ss? if i got the fipk i was thinking of still getting the fast toys ram aim thing and then just blocking off the air passages in my hood to prevent the heatsoaked intake air

...Muff, the fast toys ram air is a knock off of the SLP, the only difference fast toys made a defector that attachs on the piece to direct more air into you motor...I made one that comes down a little futher and scoops more air...as for working on an SS, I know ChriSS has one...hmm...just noticed you have a 99', my lid won't work for you...I've got the air tube to the lid thingy....opps, sorry...although I can get you a lid for 85 usd....
