Just bought a house in maple ridge have a large 2 bedroom self contained suite to rent. If anyone is interested let me know it will be up for rent in november if all goes well.

House is on 203 North of dewdny Old owners where renting for 800 a month. I will probabky fix it up a bit once i get possesion but will more then likely stick to the 800 a month thing as well. It is a fairly large 3 bedroom suite as i said above. Also me and the wife are pretty easy going jeffk can prob vouch for that since he is currently living under my rule

We are however being semi picky
No smokers
No pets
No kids

But other then that we are game. As for parking there is parking on the lot but the garage is mine. I have 3 vehicles the camaro gets the garage with all my tools. My other 2 cars will sit outside also.
