Sixteen inch wheels on an SS?? I thought the SS's were to get the ZR1 17er's..........I guess I could be wrong..........
That would seem like a rip off to me if I was buying that car.......half the reason I like the SS's is because of the cool ZR1's.
Where is that car by the way??

The Convertibles only got 16's None of them came with ZR-1 rims The SS Coupes came with 17X9 SS wheels.

And guys don't forget the reserve is not met yet So I am sure the price is a whole lot more

I just took a closer look...........that car is a Bretts Chev Olds!
I live about a 5 min drive from there..........I'm going to take a look. No intent of buying..........just looking.

What a Jip that the converts got the 16" wheels!
Were the 17's not even an option?

in 1997, on the TA's, the WS6's got 17 inch polished wheels and the WS6 converts got 16 inch chrome.

I kinda thought it would be cool to have two cars the same, one a4, one m6. My old lady caught me with the mouse pointer over the bid button............I lost three fingers.

Some one is going to get a nice ride.
one just sold here in pdx for 14,500us, it was an a4 car with 55k.

I went and had a look at the car........it's nice.........but not 32Grand Nice!!
That's how much they want for the car. The salesman said they had an offer for 28G and they turned it down. They are currently considering an offer for 32large. Talk about inflated.
He asked me what I thought the car was worth, so I told him the car should be worth between 23 and 25, based on how much my ride is worth now.

That's a beautiful car. If it had been a hardtop, I'd be all over it.

I think the salesman you spoke to, Panda, is bending the truth a bit. Right now the high-bid on Ebay is CDN $27,253.87 and the reserve is met, so they're legally bound to sell it for that now.

I'd say the car is worth about that price to the right person, but I wouldn't be spending any more then that unless it was an LT4 hardtop.

The days of being able to find LT1 SS's in that shape are numbered...
