Okay in cold Mass. here this mornin I went to work and tried to go over a frozen box..frozen from the cold..and tried going over it cus I couldnt go around it...I heard it hit something...NOW..what Im asking is the linkage is screwed up...wont go into park..will if I force it..and it seams like all the gears are a little off..and wont go..
and also is there anything IN the trans that could have busted from it or is it just a screwed up linkage??
and last how much is it to fix?? need this soon to go to Fla. and dont have the $$$.

 

first off jack the car up and look could be just a semi loose bolt and when you hit the blot slipped and now your cable is alittle off but jack it up and look for any dents or anything else in the converter or crack and make sure nothing is leaking a friend of mine a long time ago took out his tranny this way he hit a bump and the fluid slowly leaked out and fried the thing!
