why wont my car run good from a roll on N20?

I went to the track lastnight and my car dont want to shift (OBD1 BLUES)so I tried taking off on motor and then flipping on the arming switch and it didnt kick in untill I got into 3rd and didnt pick up much mph or et. If I hit it from a dead stop it goes like mad, went from 1.81 to 1.66 on the spray. I have never felt it runs good on the spray from a roll. I raced a turbo civic with a interga motor from a roll and he keept up with me then I raced him from a stop and put 6-7 cars on him Any ideas?

150 shot
bottle heater
purge
255lph pump etc.etc.

I have a arming switch and when I run it from a dead stop I turn on the switch then I have a WOT switch to activate it. I also have a fpss. when I try form a roll I just keep it off the floor or I flip the switch at wot.

so its not kicking on from a roll? if its working from a stop but not from a roll.. there is only two places to check, your fpss and the wot switch..... eliminate one at a time and see if you can rule out which one is the culprit... regardless of gear or where you are in powerband, when the jug kicks in you should know it...

also how do you have the circuit wired.. are you using relays, and im assuming the reference is any key on 12v source...

it kicks in but not untill later a few sec after I activate it. I have it on a relay on switched 12v.
