Just as the title says,

What are you spraying ? And what tire are you currently running?

Hoping to hear there ARE some decent tires out there, that will last me more than 1000 miles before their junk. My Goodyear Eagle's used to be decent, but now with the cam in, their fairly useless on the street in 1st gear, and sometimes second.

Probably is in the "wrong" forum, but all the Nitrous guys are in here, so I'd like to hear from yins what your running.

Oddly enough my BFG KDW's hook really well on the street but suck at the track. I can stomp it on a slow roll and they won't break when the juice hits. It just squats and moves out. I run a 295 rear tire in the back.

when I was daily dring the 94 I ran the BFG KDW's for a while...they were O.K. but not great...I then switched to the Nitto 555R's...got almost 12K miles before I needed new ones.

I run 315/35ZR17 Nitto NT555R Drag Radials on the street on a 17x11 TT2. I'm spraying a 150 shot and 1st gear is a little more useful but second gear grabs a lot better than it used to with just the regular Nitto Radials on.

325/50/15 mt dr's, 150 shot, Lloyd elliot heads/cam(Stage 3) on a 355, th400/4000 stall. They worked great, lasted probably 6000 miles before getting "hard", so I switched to a 26x11.5x15 et street. The et streets don't grab as good on the spray as the big mt dr's did.

On the 100 shot it pulled the wheels on the street before.

Worked on installing the nitrous system today. So no, I'm not spraying yet. But I can say, I'm really impressed with the MT street radials so far and I don't think I'll be disappointed on a 125HP shot. If I am, there's a few things left to do with the suspension.

I will completely agree with all of you that the MT Drag Radials are great but from what I hear they don't last all that long. The Nitto's, I think, are a good compromise between traction and tread life.

I had great luck with the Nitto 555 RIIs on the street also

I did get about 2,000 miles out of my M/T ET Street Drag Radials before I sold them

Iv'e used both, I'll take the MT's any day. You either need the extra traction or you don't.
