What kind of gaskets are you useing?
How much are you sparying?
Try and find the thinest ones with as many layers of compresed steel as you can get.

The first one I used was a felpro. When it blew I went to hadwin white a local idiot dealership. and got a GM gasket. I replaced them. I did it in my front yard. I put it all together. It cranked up sounded good. I was adding water. I kept on adding. Then I checked the oil. I had water in my oil. Hadwin white gave me the wrong head gaskets. I was pissed. They ended up giving my new ones. Still wasnt happy because it was a job. I changed them again. Everything was fine. I just bought some more felpro ones. Hope fully they will hold.

I was spraying 150

Moroso, the oil pan selling guys sell solid copper ones they say that those can't be blown but there around a $100 a set and you can reuse them 4 or 5 times.
Fel pro use to sell these super thin cyl. head gaskets that were only .009 inch thick ( thats = to about thickness of 15 sheets of paper) and had a compression volume of 3.2cc they cost about the same as regular ones too.
