purge

I know next to nothing about nitrous and was thinking about getting a setup. I've seen where people put the purges on the TA's. Where do people with the SS hoods like mine put the purges? Pics would be great.

Re: purge

The most practical place is at the base of the windshield, it's easy to see so you can tell for sure when liquid nitrous starts to come out. But it can be routed anywhere if you just want to show off.

Re: purge

I am mounting my duel purge lines to purge centered 12 " or so apart at back of hood/windshield close to the wipers. It doesnt look like there would be a place to mount the line near the inlet for the SS hood. I am not sure as I dont have an SS hood . If I did have one I would still mount the purge lines in the same spot. I dono if this is any help but just my .02 cents , Nice SS bye the way

Re: purge

You could run braided line to the hood if you want it to vent out of the scoop, some people run nylon line for purges as well because the pressure is not a problem with it venting to the atmosphere.
