yes....but you will need to disguise not only the plume but the sound as well

Yea, the sound gives it away. Its an instant head snap when people hear it purge. If you have loud enough exhaust then you can hide it, just give it a rev while purging if possible even

Route it to spray on to the rad, that way it is underneath the hood(mask the sound) and also will cool the rad too.

Yes, hot and cold on metal are good mixes.

Do a one way valve and purge into the cat-back. It may not hide the sound but it will sure disguise it to where people will have no idea what it is.

Discloser: I have never done this nor have I ever heard of it being done.

Another idea might be to use a larger diameter AN style hose and route the purge to the ground. The larger hose might help cut back on the white plume cloud.

I'm not saying its a bad idea as i do not know the effects of this in paricular, but I do know that hot metal when cooled quickly can do some crazy stuff. Like significant warpage.

Ever been to the track and seen guys open up a nitrous bottle on the front of the rad to cool the car quickly?
In hot lap events, this happens all the time.

They also make nitrous spray bars that spray over intercoolers to cool them back off. So that said, I dont think it would hurt a radiator? Inless it was already on its last leg. If you dont want the typical plume/sound, why not get one of the intercooler spray bars, and use that in your purge, on your radiator. Your fans will pull the cloud of nitrous fumes through, cooling the rad, and disipating the cloud.

And as said, just rev that bitch up when you purge it so no one hears it.

Good luck,

Purge into your motor during your burnout... hidden!!!

That's what I used to do, haha... I'm putting a "real" purge on the car this week.
