Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
I use autolite 104's gaped at .040. You are gonna want to pull the plugs after your first quarter mile run to make sure you have it tuned right. :)

Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
tr6's all the way...tr55's are usable
|
Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
Just how much HP is the engine making without the nitrous, and how much nitrous are you planning to spray? That will determine what plugs you need.
|
Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
So the TR6's are not a real good daily driver plug w/ with ocasional spray?
Are the TR55's good for a 100 shot? |
Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
im spraying a 250 shot (more this summer) will the tr6's be ok?

Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
After reading this thread, maybe someone could come up with a reference chart for what heat range spark plug should be used for what levels of n2o. Stock motor and if feeling ambitious different levels of built motors as well. Harris Speed Works, Matt, feeling ambitious enough to perhaps add it to your spark plug reference chart?

Re: Plugs for Nitrous ???
I hope I am thinking of the right brand, bit I thought Zex is comming out with a new plug. I have ran stocker non platinum autolites and Denso Iridiums. Has anyone heard that these are the best?
