nitrous issue
 

The problem im having is, whenever i use nitrous on my car it work great. It's when i give it gas to drive normal my rpms climb rapidly and i have to tap the gas pedal to get it to go back to idle.

Any ideas on why its doing this, i've also checked to make sure the nozzle is pointed in the correct direction.

Is it possible the nitrous solenoid is leaking?

i didnt know that could play a role in why it's doing this. I'll check it out , i figured it was the throttle body.

If the nitrous solenoid leaks a bit of nitrous into the engine, its just like more air flowing in. If the solenoid is leaking, it will feel cold to the touch.

If you are leaving your bottle open when you aren't using the nitrous system, don't. The constant pressure will break down the solenoid's elastomer seal.

oh ok i did not know that. Then im 100% sure thats the problem because whenever im done using it. i turn off the system and i crack open the nitrous solenoid line to purge when i get home, because my purge solenoid isn't installed yet.
