Question Nitrous on basic stock setup?

So yeah I've got the juice bug and I was going to take the long route. You know get headers, nitrous cam, low temp. spark plugs and Trickflow heads first before any nitrous. But I'm wondering what would happen if I took the other path? I have a CAI on the way, catback, and other basic mods. So the basic question is how will a basically stock LT1 handle nitrous oxide?

it will handle it just fine with a good ignition and fuel system.
i was spraying 150 when i still had stock manifolds and cats.

just use your head and the normal sfaety stuff and it'll be fine.

I agree. And, in the immortal words of Stewart from Mad TV
"look what I can do"! (see sig)

And, there is plenty more where that came from.

And the wet kits keep you from needing to upgrade injectors and such too right? Kind of the least amount of hassle, no?

I just put a wet kit on my 97 TA lt1 with no real mods, just underdrive tb bypass and hypertech tune, the nitrous will be very impressive! I have mine set up for a 100 hp gain approx. Can't wait to get to the track to see the time it runs, 14.2 sec 1/4 without N2o A4 trans 3.42 gears
