Unhappy Need some help from the experts. My NX kit not putting down what it should?

My car seems to run great on nitrous and it picked up over a second in the 1/4 and 10mph but at the dyno it didn't do what I thought it would on nitrous. I expected 120-135 at the wheels and more torque on nitrous. The car ran 12.64@107 in very hot and humid weather
11.61@117 150 shot on the next pass and letting off between shifts. Then I brought my car to Thunder Racing for a RWHP dyno.
320hp and 412 lb tq on motor
415hp and 495 lb tq on a 150 shot. 950psi and a full bottle. All runs were with torque converter unlocked and they told me I was losing 20-35hp but it still doesn't add up. I run a 6a and don't pull any timing just add some octane booster. Let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanks

How much knock retard are you getting? my guess is quite a bit. If you are getting a fair ammount, there's some hp to gain by pulling a bit of timing before hand.
I'm no dyno expert, but I believe 117mph should be around 425 or so to the wheels. So you're really not that far off.

Bottle pressure was a little low for a NX setup. They usually recommend about 1050 (from what John Phillips told me).
Also Automatic cars with bigger converters wont make great dyno numbers, due to some in efficiency with the converter. Also what was the weather like for the dyno pulls compared to the track runs?
