Post need nitrous help

I am going to buy a complete NX kit. It comes with plugs, purge, window switch, and all the other goodies. I was thinking about using 100-125 shot. Motor is mostly stock except for bolt-ons in sig and crane 1.6 gold roller rockers. Can I run this amount? Big question is when do I engage it (what gear and what rpm). thanks

You can engage it in any and all gears. As long as you're over 3000rpm and at WOT.
Your engine should have no problem with 100-125 hp shots.

Ild say stay at a 100 shot unless you upgrade your fuel pump. Yes you could most likely get away with a 125 on the stock pump but IMO thats liven on the edge and you dont want to be there running nitrous.

If you have an M6 caryour just going to burn tires off sprayn in 1st and 2nd on street tires....but that can be fun at times

Greg is right, if you plan on spraying over 100 hp. A fuel pump upgrade is almost mandatory.
Actually I would recommend it for even a 100 shot. Better safe than sorry. Ask me how I know.

The kit comes with an in line fuel pump. What would be the best gear to spray if I have and automatic?

Get yourself some Nittos and spray in first gear! You'll probably have to do a few suspension mods to be able to cut a decent 60'. But hey, that's what it's all about. Nothing comes easy.
