Need help with Direct Port

I have a NOS brand under the intake direct port which consists of 2 distribution blocks (1-fuel /1-n20) hitting hard lines to the old style black fogger nozzles.
Identical to this. http://www.slammed98gmc.com/FNITRO003.jpg
OK I want to run my ZEX wet system to feed the direct port distribution I have installed on my intake.
What size jets would I need and would this setup work properly. I assumed it woud since I was running it on a 125 shot previously just now it will be going through smaller jets and more lines, or am I off base here? I am only wanting a 125 shot out of it at the moment untill I build the motor then I will go larger and whatever I have to to then, but for now I would like to use what I have. Someone well experienced please chime in or point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Chad

Its pretty hard to run a 8 Cylinder fogger system down to a level that small simply because each individual jet becomes too small. It would take approximately 21s on the nitrous side to make 125ish hp, but beyond this with jets this small you run a risk of any small piece of dirt of dust can clog a jet, and can wreak some serious havoc on engine parts.

I haven't dealt with ZEX much specifically, so the fueling part yer on yer own. does the ZEX system add fuel via the Injectors, or pull fuel opff the schraeder valve?

Good luck!

On the ZEX wet setup like I have, it pulls the fuel off the shraeder valve and hits the solenoid and runs the fuel and n20 into a nozzle much like the NOS nozzlehttp://www.zex.com/Information/Catalog/Images/1.jpg
The reason I was thinking 125 shot is beacause that is what I was running. I could do a 150 if that would be safe on a stock internal lt1 with bolt ons, ported polished heads w 2.055/1.60 valves, 1.6 rr's, #28.5 injectors. I am looking at the mallory hyfire IV w/window switch and timing retard for the ignition also, purge, etc. I hardly ever use the spray as it is.
What you think?

To add to this the fuel is even worse. It sounds like you want to run this off of the fuel rail. The fuel rail will supply a pressure too high for you to use. If you assume that you want to get 15 HP from each nozzle (15x8 gives you a 120 hp shot) this calculator (http://www.robietherobot.com/NitrousJetCalculator.htm) says you need to use an .018" N2O jet and a .011" fuel jet (I used 45 psi). I think that .011" is way to small of a fuel jet to use. It could get clogged very easy. If one of those fuel jets gets blocked of, one of your pistons is going to end up melted.

I would probably not run such a small shot on a direct port setup. I would definately not run it off of the fuel rail.

So Should I go with fuel cell with high octane to feed the fuel and go with a larger shot. What kind of pump would I need and regulator set at how many psi to be safe. And good filters on the feed lines for both.
Thanks

OK If I install a small fuel cell with aln elecric pump and fpr set to6 psi to the solenoid and run .020 jet for the fuel and .020 jets for the n20 that nets a 18 hp gain x 8 = 144hp
Would this be safe with good inline filters?
