how much timing to pull?
how much timing to pull?
1st car is a 83 z28 305...car has been 13.01 on motor@106 dist locked out at 34 degrees looking to spray 100 shot
Second car is 89 tpi iroc with 5.7 headers, cam, LT1 intake also want to spray 100 shot
3rd car is 97 LT1...This car I would also like to spray 100-150 what should my timing be at on this motor, I have tuner cat and do not have anything close to stock for programs...
Is there a certain degrees vs. the shot? I am new to N2O and installing these first 2 on cars that I do not own

The rule of tumb is two deg per 50hp you spray. So for a 100hp shot 4 deg and so on. You can play with it a little to get the best result from each kit but this will give you a good start. Are you planning on running an ignition box that can pull timing or just pulling timing on a tune? I wouldnt recommend pulling timing on a tune as you will be pulling it all the time and not just while spraying as you will get with a ignition box.
