How big a shot can you run before its best to use a progressive controller so the inital shock is not so big?? I am running 125 right now on a 305 that I am soon swapping out for a 350. I don't want to purposefully blow it, but if it does happen it won't be the end of the world. Can I run 150-175??

 

You'll have to experiment. Some cars hook harder when you shock the tires harder.

 

Right up to about the time you start worrying and asking that question.
