Which DP kit, NX 80010 or 90006?
Which DP kit, NX 80010 or 90006?
I am having a hard time picking a direct port kit for my LT-1. Does anybody have any opinions on either of these? I am going for 200-300hp range with a clean setup.
Thanks

I would say that the 80010 kit would be fine for you, considering that you want to spray 200-300 shot. That's just the range for this kit. I also think that with this kit you could do an extremely clean installation, utilizing only 2 solenoids. Opinions can differ, either kit will suffice... This kit would save a little money too.

I run the 80010 and it is a very nice setup. My rail is mounted centered over the top of the intake and the lines come down to the runners like legs on a spyder. I'll make a thread with soem pictures when I get a chance.

Thanks for the feedback guys, most people suggested using the 90006 kit b/c its easier to setup and maintain. And can also go bigger if need be.
I would like to see the rail though.
Thanks guys

That is pretty much identical to what mine looks like. Jet changes are NOT fun...but it looks so good I don't care.
The one thing that I don't like about it (or the one pictured) is the placement of the nozzles in the intake. It is at the thin part beneth the injector, but there is a lip to clear to get a shot at the valve. I would imagine there are better ways to place them, but I have never seen it discussed or shown.
I would look at placing them higher in the runner, kind of on the flat side of the runner. Might only be marginally better, but you have to put the nozzles in very deep in the pictured intake to clear the lip. If plumed like shown, it is also tought on roughting the wiring harness and such. LT4 valve covers will also have trouble with the pcv vent tube exiting on the top.

I just found pictures (still hosted by the person I bought the intake from). They are pictures from when he was selling it.
