what would be the least crowded DMV around 4:30PM. I tried appointments online, but all the spots I need are taken

Don't try Laguna Hills.... took me nearly 2 hours at 10:30 AM trying to beat the "lunch rush"!

 

Santa Clarita's DMV isnt too bad, although I dont go there at 4:30pm...Good Luck!

Yep! The things you do for love! 2 hour drive(assuming you drive the speed limit ) My top is 1 hour 10 mins at about 85 mph, his is 50 mins and I dont even ask how fast he was driving, I dont want to know!!! Yeah the 405 has got to be the most retarded fwy in CA!!! Everyone slows and no one knows why, plus any time you have to go past LAX, traffic is going to suck!

LOL No worries man, I've got a g/f. It's fun to lighten things up on the boards once in a while. She's lucky to have a guy like you. I worked in Irvine and had a g/f in Palos Verdes... That's the 405/5 at the El Toro "Y", past the 55>605>710>110 and exit Hawthorne... it really sucked and took 2 hours to get there after work. It lasted for about 1 year... could have been longer if she knew what a spark plug was. Best wishes.
