Looking for a reputable engine builder for a 383 LT1 Stroker build in So Cal. Beyond the routine engine maintenance I'm lost, so I basically want to drop the old bird off and then pick it up when the engine rebuild and install are completed. I'm on the Central Coast and willing to travel (within reason) to find a good shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
