Question Coolant temp

What is your average coolant temp in the summer months during the hottest part of the day?
I run at 210* (+- 5*)

My car runs at 190/195 in traffic during the summer. When I'm road racing on a hot day it goes up to 210 towards the end of a 20 minute race. I need to buy a good oil cooler!
