Torque convertor question!

Will a torque convertor out of a 1989 700r4 work in my 1994 4l60e?

Thanks,

Joe

It should be a direct bolt in but i would call the converter manufacturer to be safe.

Precision Industries definately said itll work. I woudn't have bought my converter otherwise. It's off a 96 4L60E LT1 car and is going on my 89 700R4. Lockup and everything will work fine. I'm hoping to install mine when the trans gets here in a week or so Goodluck!

I have a B&M 3000 stall converter and it said that it was for a 87 to 92 700R4 or 93 to 96 4l60e when I purchased it.
